Multiple output PCB modules are designed to drive Cree Wolfspeed 1200 V/1700 V SiC Power MOSFET modules with built-in features such as over/under voltage, over current and short circuit, and over temperature protection.
- The direct mountable, low inductance design and low jitter characteristics allow operation at switching frequencies up to 125 kHz.
- The module comes with LED status indicators and is a dual output type including an RS422 control input interface.
